Yes, without exception. Our pasta production begins every morning before opening directly in our open kitchen in the restaurant.
Can you watch the pasta being made?
Yes, our open kitchen is visible from the dining area. Especially in the mornings, you can watch the team at work.
Are there gluten-free pasta options?
Currently, we do not offer gluten-free pasta as our production takes place in the same kitchen. Our risotto variations are an excellent alternative for guests who wish to avoid gluten.
